You can now apply for a permit through the Greater Bemidji Area Joint Planning Board’s new online platform!

To start an application with the GBAJPB, visit the Online Permit/License Portal here.

 

Creating an account in the Online Permit/License Portal is the first step in applying for a permit. Once you have created an account, you can log in to the Online Permit/License Portal to:

  • Apply for permits

  • Pay a permit invoice

  • Check on the status of permit applications

  • Upload PDF submittal documents

  • Request an inspection

  • View scheduled inspections

  • Review inspection activity and results

  • Review Public Notices

  • Submit Comments

  • Report Concerns or Violations
