The Previous Land Use Plan was adopted on February 12th, 2007 and was revised on March 9th, 2011. This plan provided the policy framework to guide land use decisions within the entire Greater Bemidji Area through the year 2025. This Plan was replaced by the 2019 Greater Bemidji Area Comprehensive Plan.
